Paella Cook-Off at Pearl
The Paella Cook-Off, heldon the grounds of the Pearl Brewery and sponsored by Cocina de las Americas, will bring together chefs from all over the country and Latin America to compete in an Iron Chef-style Paella Competition on Sunday, March 14th, from 11 am to 4 pm. Tickets are $40 presale and $50 at the door.
The event will feature live music and also highlight the food and wine of Spain including Sangria (I'm so there!), Spain's famous hams and cheeses, and an array of Spanish tapas
prepared by the CIA San Antonio students.Taco Cabana will also be there, previewing and sharing samples of their new Brisket Taco.
